There are five bedrooms each with high quality linens and smart tvs in each bedroom. The home had a total of 3 full bathrooms and all of them have stand-up showers.
High-speed Wifi, central A/C, and a massive laundry with washer and dryer will make your stay as comfortable as being home.

PARKING: YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PARK UP TO 2 CARS AT THE VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY. THIS IS CITY REGULATION.
(Section 33-124 of Chapter 33 of the Code of Miami-Dade County. Transient occupants shall not be permitted to park more than two vehicles at any one time on the subject property or on the street or swale directly in front of the property during the rental period)
The guest shall use the Villa for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
The house is equipped with noise detectors.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be rescheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner.
Please be informed, there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety.
