BEACH ACCESS — The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee) conveniently located 5 minutes away from the resort (included in resort fee and located NOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING).

Age limit to check-in is 21+ years old.

During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly.

RESORT FEES (charged per unit per night):
1 day up to 30 days stays The fee is $40+tax daily.

Resort will place hold on $250.00 as security deposit.

Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee.

Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited.

Valet parking fees:
1-7 days rate $35.00 + tax/day

Housekeeping during stay (optional):
$130.00
This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you’d like to schedule the cleaning, and we’ll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request.

***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

PETS — welcome up to 20lb. Additional fee and security deposit required. Please contact us to add your pet to reservation.

Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach.

Wrist Bands provided by the Resort need to be worn by all guests while using the Resort amenities.

On a final note. Insects, by far, are the most common creatures on our planet and the sunshine state is home to many of them. And yes, we have scheduled pest control services regularly to mitigate their presence.
